Thank you for choosing Cool Season Turf. We strive to provide high-quality lawn-care guidance, tools, and personalized programs. Because our products are digital and accessed immediately after purchase, we offer a limited refund window under the following conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for digital membership purchases within 48 hours of the original transaction.

To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted to:

Include the name on the account, the email used for purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Outside the 48-hour refund window, all sales are final.

Refunds are not typically granted if:

  • You have accessed or downloaded significant portions of member content

  • You no longer want or need the membership

  • You purchased the plan by mistake but continued using it

  • You expected results outside the scope of what Cool Season Turf provides

Digital turf guides, seasonal programs, and membership content become available immediately after purchase; therefore, refunds after the 48-hour period are not supported.

3. Exceptions (Rare Circumstances)

Refunds may be granted outside the standard window only in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical issues preventing account access

  • Billing errors

  • Problems attributable to our platform or payment processor

Exceptions are evaluated case by case at Cool Season Turf’s discretion.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account → Billing & Subscriptions page.

When you cancel:

  • Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again.

  • No partial refunds are offered for unused time.
